I have finally completed 2nd template. I think there's still a lot to be tweaked to get this template look more professional. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have been trying to find a nice basic Joomla template and the one you have created is close to what I was looking for. I will give it a try. I am still having a hard time figuring out just how joomla works!
